"My 2015 vehicle lease was ending in a couple weeks and so I needed to find my next vehicle. I went to a dealership after seeing a vehicle I liked that was in my price range. So I quickly made an appointment with a salesman to go see it. As soon as I arrived, the first thing the salesman said to me was that he misquoted the price he had given me over the phone. I was immediately turned off by this “bait and switch” tactic. Even though this was the vehicle I wanted, I refused to be taken advantage of by this salesman and quickly left. I was leaving on a cruise the next day but before I left I called Donna at We Drive. I told her the story and what I thought was the fair price that I was originally given. Upon my return from my cruise and the good fortune that the same vehicle had not been sold, Donna was able to get the price I was originally quoted. After the deal was done and I was on my way to the dealership, the original salesman called me. I had not heard from him in the 10 days since my first visit to the dealership. He stated he could lower his price, but event his best price was still $500 higher than what Donna had negotiated with her contact. Thank you Donna and We Drive!
